Cheers Hostel welcomes travellers from all over the world who look for modern comforts, facilities, and a relaxing environment. We are different from a usual hostel and designed for those that prefer a hip yet homely stay.  We call ourselves a hostel, but we offer ammenities and options for any traveler, including those who would prefer private rooms you would traditionally find at a hotel, or dorm rooms that are customary to a youth hostel atmosphere.  Whichever your preference, you can find it at Cheers Hostel.

All of these are combined in a renovated Ottoman building, located in the heart of most historical area of Istanbul (Sultanahmet – The Old City center). You will find the surrounding streets full of historical monuments from palaces to mosques, museums, and restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, tourism info, and so much more.

In fact, we are so central that we also enjoy fabulous views of the famous Istanbul Hagia Sophia Church just beside us, just look out from our terrace! Cheers Hostel is a one-of-a-kind Istanbul hostel for its fantastic location, friendly staff, and cheap accomodations – all in the culturally and historically rich Old City center.

We are also close to the main transportation systems (bus, tram, ferryboats and metro) and the best night life areas – Taksim.
